Windows Explorer File Size search capability.
Windows Explorer has a file size search capability - ‘size:gigantic’ will find files which are greater than 128 MB. There is also ‘huge’, ‘large’, ‘medium’, ‘small’, ‘tiny’ and ‘empty’.
This helped me to clean up hidden big files on my drive, and on a funny note I had 100+ files which were zero bytes.

SMART Goals
It has been said that the two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you discover why!... Make sure your goals support your reason for being.
What does SMART Goals Stand for :
S - specific ( significant)
M - measurable ( meaningful, motivational)
A - attainable ( agreed upon, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented)
R - relevant ( realistic, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented)
T - time-based ( timely, tangible, trackable)
Goals do not support your life or business main purpose. Put another way, the goal is not aligned with what you are trying to accomplish. Goals support your reason for being. SMART goals tend to give you a laser focus and keep you on track.
